The Source and Goal of Desire

Energy of Attraction

Welcome to the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Energy of Attraction. We are honored you’re joining us as we seek our true nature and discover our path to health and happiness. You will discover your soul’s purpose and create a life in which all things are within reach.

Day 3

The Source and Goal of Desire

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” ― George Bernard Shaw

Your true self is not only the beginning of desire, it is also the end, or fulfillment, of desire. This infinite potential, energy, and intelligence of unbounded consciousness is the real energy of attraction. Today we will discover that we don’t need to do anything, or go anywhere to access the energy of attraction. It is our own true self.

In today’s meditation, we will awaken this energy of attraction within, and harness its power to bring our desires to fulfillment. This activation of desire at its source sets the direction for our thoughts and actions to lead it toward its actualization. Attaining the goal of our desires brings an inner fulfillment and contentment that returns us again to our silent source of awareness.

CENTERING THOUGHT

My true self contains every possibility.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Ananta Swa Bhava
My Being is without beginning or end.

Oprah:

Welcome to Day 3 – The Source and Goal of Desire.  The energy of attraction comes from your authentic self, that part of you that longs for more than just possessions or temporary pleasures.  How can you tell whether what you really, really want, what your craving, is flowing from your true self?  Well, you’ll know you’ve hit your sweet spot when your desires are more about being than doing or getting.  When you allow your soul, your inner purpose, to be your guide, you put your life on a new trajectory.

One of the most powerful ideas I’ve ever heard came from Gary Zukoff, In the Seat of the Soul.  He says, “When the personality comes to serve the energy of the soul, that is authentic power.”  That definition of power changed everything for me.  What it really means is finding a way to use your personality to serve what your soul actually came here to do.

DEE:

It wasn’t until I was 43 years old was I gifted the opportunity to find myself…to find my purpose.  It wasn’t until then that my journey and all the events during the first four decades of my life started to piece together like the pieces of a puzzle…and started to make sense.

When I was 43 years old I found myself in a very dark place.  I was in the worst of my alcoholic disease.  I was hitting my bottom and, although, taking my own life hardly ever crossed my mind, I was doing that on a daily basis.  You see, I was a daily drinker.  I was a functioning closet-drinker and black-out drinker.  I was a drinker who tried numerous times and in so many ways to go a day without having to take a drink.

My will power, my intellect, my college degree, my 4.0 GPA could not help me with this one.  I was baffled.  How could this happen?  How could I get so out of control?  I had the family (husband, two kids and a dog), our own home, two cars and a job.  Would I not stop drinking for them and these gifts?  No!  They were all getting in the way of my drinking.  Life was getting in my way of my drinking.  That’s all that mattered to me at that time.  That’s all I could think about!

So on that “special” day in a black-out, passed out, not coming to when the kids came home from school like so many, many times before, I didn’t come to.  I didn’t get off the couch and ready myself for my swing shift.  The red light on the answering machine was blinking.  Messages of worry and concern were left on the phone machine for being a “no call/no show” at work.

Had I talked to my work in my black-out?  I had to fish for answers.  I hated fishing.  I hated myself.  I hated the way I felt and what I had become.  I got no answers from my family so I had to call my boss the next day and FINALLY ask for help, FINALLY get rigorously honest.  FINALLY!  Thank you, God.

And thus began a whole new life for me.  In the 28-day alcohol treatment program I learned about the disease of alcoholism.  It made so much sense now why I could not stop drinking via self-control and self-will.  I absorbed all this exciting new information like a sponge.  And I was so relieved to know I wasn’t alone and I could finally have some hope.  And then I found I had a purpose and was finally able to use my personality to serve what my should actually came here to do.

Oprah:

If you want to live with the greatest purpose, passion and contentment, your desires have to line up with who your true self really is…your soul self.  When you are connected to that energy that is when you are unstoppable.  It is the energy that works together with you to co-create the life you want.

You already have everything you need to begin manifesting the life you want.  It all begins and ends with you lining up with the source of all things.  So join Deepak now in connecting and reconnecting with that sense of awareness.

Deepak:

The energy of attraction is part of who you are.  But which part?  The answer lies deep in your awareness where your true self lies.  Your true self is more powerful than any aspect of who you are because it links a desire with the ability to manifest the desire.

We’ve all experienced the difference between a shallow and a deep desire.  Wanting to catch the latest hit movie isn’t the same as wanting to be a good person.  Wanting a better car isn’t the same as wanting to find lasting happiness.

The secret of the true self is that the deeper your desire the easier it is to manifest it.  This is because the entire circle of desire is inside you.  The dream begins in the same place where the dream comes true.  When your desire is frustrated, the circle is broken.  This can happen for many reasons from bad timing and wishful thinking to hardships and obstacles in your current circumstances.

DEE:

When I left rehab I did what was suggested…go to AA meetings.  In the AA meetings I did what was suggested.  Keep going to meetings, get a sponsor, work the steps, and be of service.  And thus began a whole new spiritual life for me!

I am so grateful for Alcoholics Anonymous (please note that I do not represent AA but am a true believer that it works…for me).  Having no religious background AA showed me the way to a Power Greater Than Myself, of my own understanding.  AA also showed me that I don’t have to do this alone; that there are many like-minded people in the program who are ready and willing to help me succeed in getting and staying sober and ask nothing in return.

But working the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous is where the miracles really started to happen.  This is where I got to know me and learn what makes me tick.  This is where I finally get to be comfortable in my own skin and learn to love myself for the gift that I am.  This is where I get to pay it forward.

And now with the aid of meetings, self-care, yoga and meditation my journey becomes more enriched.  And I “get to” be on this journey without substance, obstacles, nor hardships, with a feeling of self-love and self-worth.

Deepak:

By meditating you draw closer to your true self.  And when you fully identify with it you will fully experience the circle of desire.  It will eliminate obstacles effortlessly.  Yet even taking the first steps toward your true self will increase the energy of attraction in your life.

Every other means of fulfilling desire is more difficult because you find yourself running out into the world, struggling to make things happen, as you chase after the goal because it is separate from you.  At the level of the true self no outcome is separate from you.  You are the source and the goal in one.

DEE:

Today I don’t have to run out in the real world for anything.  There are no struggles nor goals to chase.  Today I know that everything is perfect at this very moment if I just get out of the way.  I have no control over people, places, nor things.  But I have a Higher Power who does.

And if I turn my will and my life over to the care of God, as I understand Him, then I have protection and guidance to learn and experience just what I need (not what I think I want).  I do my best with mindfulness and respect.  I am not perfect but can feel good about the person I’m becoming.

Deepak:

Realize that the energy of attraction is intelligent.  It’s different from other kinds of energy, like electricity or magnetism.  The energy of attraction organizes the whole path from desire to fulfillment.  Just as nature fills a seed with everything it needs to grow, your true self fills your desires with what they need to manifest.

In the Bhagwad Gita Lord Krishna says, “Curving back onto my own nature, I create again and again.”  This is an expression of how desire remains in the self even when outer realities involved in bringing you what you want.

DEE:

I love how more and more of the onion skin continues to shed each day making me more aware of who my true self really is.  Thank you for being here and for sharing this journey with me.  I urge you to leave feedback, if you wish.

With warmest aloha,

Deepak:

As we prepare to meditate together let’s take a moment to consider our centering thought, “My true self contains every possibility.  My true self contains every possibility.”

Now let’s prepare for our meditation.  Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.  Begin to be aware of your breath and just breathe, slowly and deeply.  With each breath allow yourself to become more deeply relaxed.

Now gently introduce the mantra, “Ananta Swa Bhava”.  This mantra awakens your truth to the infinite potentiality of your higher self.  As you repeat the mantra know and feel the unbounded possibilities you hold within your own consciousness.  Repeat it silently to yourself.   “Ananta Swa Bhava”.  With each repetition feel your body, mind and spirit receive just a little more.

Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, noises or physical sensations, simply return yourself to silently repeating the mantra, “Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava”.

Please continue with your meditation.  I’ll mind the time and when it’s time to end you’ll hear me ring a soft bell.  “Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava.”  Just mentally, “Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava.  Ananta Swa Bhava.”

The Spirit of Desire

Energy of Attraction

Welcome to the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Energy of Attraction. We are honored you’re joining us as we seek our true nature and discover our path to health and happiness. You will discover your soul’s purpose and create a life in which all things are within reach.

Day 2 – The Spirit of Desire

“It is an awesome thing to comprehend that what a human being dreams and imagines can be realized.” ― Vanna Bonta

CENTERING THOUGHT

My desires make me feel alive.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Rasa Hum
I am the essence of life.

Today we will look at desire as the primal creative energy within us, and at the heart of creation. Desire is the feeling force of life itself. As we tap into this powerful life force, we want to make sure that what we manifest is not only positive and life-supporting in our lives, but for everyone else as well. To do that, we need to create from the level of intelligence of Nature that already upholds and harmoniously integrates all the diversity of the cosmos.

This isn’t just the easiest way to manifest desires that are beneficial for everyone – it’s really the only way to create in a way that that is in accord with all the other forces of evolution. Our silent awareness is aligned with the infinite intelligence of Nature, and our small ego mind isn’t. Today in meditation we will contact that source of desire – the source of thought, deep within awareness. Then as desire sprouts from that silence, it will attract all the nourishment and guidance it needs to manifest.

Oprah:

Welcome to Day 2 – The Spirit of Desire.  You were born to fulfill your destiny, your purpose, and your purpose is fueled by your desires.  From the moment you get out of bed you’re moving toward something you want, even if it’s as simple as your first sip of tea or coffee.  Having hopes, desires and ambitions is what makes you human.  It isn’t vain or self-centered; it’s part of life’s natural rhythm.

Dee:

For the first decades of my life I felt I had no purpose.  I especially felt this way when I was reaching my bottom in my disease of alcoholism.  I so could not figure out why I had to drink everyday.  I still had a home and family.  I still had a job.  I had family and friends who loved me.  So why in the hell could I not go a day without drinking?  Why did my life revolve around alcohol?  That’s all I could think about.

Well I know now that was my journey.  I know that now because my journey brought me to a treatment facility for alcoholism.  I learned about my disease and I learned about AA which has given me a toolbox for living a sober life…a life beyond my wildest dreams.

And in my toolbox is a Power Greater Than Myself, a Higher Power of my own understanding.  And that is where the magic happens!  Today I know my purpose.  Today I “get to” share my experience, strength and hope with all who enter my Dee Bubble.  I “get to” give back what was so freely given to me when I needed it most.

Oprah:

As Deepak shall show us there are laws that rule the universe.  The laws of the universe are neutral.  You can attract negative or positive forces in your life.  Your challenge is to nurture the truest and most authentic desires that are within you.  Those are the desires that fulfill you, expand you, and flow outwards to impact others for the good.  They are desires fueled by the energy of love, and love has many names.  Grace is love.  So is kindness, forgiveness, understanding, respect, cooperation, collaboration, harmony, a reverence for life, is love.

Deepak is going to take us to a deeper understanding of the creative, life-supporting nature of desire.  And then we’re going to meditate.

Deepak:

In order to master the art of desire the first step is to be judgement-free.  Many people feel guilty about their desires or think they want more than they deserve.  But in reality desire is natural and necessary to life.

Dee:

In order to keep my sobriety I must stay judgement-free.  I must just take care of my side of the street.  I am no better than you, nor you than me.  We are all equal and we are all on our own journeys.  I have not walked in your shoes, nor you in mine.  So how could we possibly judge each other?

Deepak:

We all want to attract more of the good things in life.  The energy of attraction is neutral.  You can attract positive or negative results.  Our goal is to make every desire positive, life-supporting and powerful.

Dee:

I reap what I sow.  If I am sowing negativity, that is what I shall receive.  So I choose to live as positively as I can.  I choose to find positivity in everything, no matter how horrific or hideous.  It is there if you look at the broad picture.

Deepak:

The highest desire you can have is to grow and evolve.  Nature is constantly expanding.  An ancient Indian scripture says, “I am one.  May I become many?  May I go forth?”  The desires, wishes and intentions you have everyday are what turn the present into the future, creating new things along the way.  So desire is a creative act.

Dee:

I wake up every morning now excited for what this new day will bring.  I know that I will be presented with new lessons, new relationships and new growth.  I was never excited before getting sober when I “came to” in the morning.  I had nothing to look forward to except my battle with alcohol, and my battle with myself.

My Higher Power gifts me each day with this new excitement.  Today I don’t have to pick up a drink.  I can if I want but why would I?  I know that first drink will wake up the Devil in me, my disease, and shout out for more.  I know that because I’ve tried it, after 13-1/2 years of being sober.  Yes, the disease is there doing push-ups, waiting for that pinhole of weakness, and then it is off and running worse than before.

So I turn my will and my life over to the care of God, as I understand God.  I know my god will protect and guide me today.  I know that my god has a plan for me today and I will do my best to listen to my heart, and learn and grow the way I believe is meant to be.

Deepak:

In Sanskrit the word for desire is karma and from the ancient times it was considered neither bad nor unspiritual.  The fulfillment of desire is one of the main goals of life, in fact, taught to every child in the traditional Indian household.

Once you stop judging your desires you will realize that you’re designed to fulfill your intentions.  You begin to ask for what you want.  You do what it takes to get what you want.  You plan your whole life around desire.  Therefore, becoming skilled in manifesting your intentions is a worthy goal.  It doesn’t make you a selfish or greedy person.

When negativity is attached to desire intentions can run into trouble.  They become misguided or harmful, obsessive or desperate, frustrated and unfulfilled.  These problems don’t arise when the desire is life-supporting.  Without desire our existence would be flat, inert and uninteresting.

Dee:

I have got to keep myself in the moment.  When I do, I am centered; I am grateful; I am humble.  I can remember where I came from and where I am today.  Night and day.  I remember that I am not in control.  I remember that everything is perfect at this moment…that I am perfect at this moment.

And when I can remain in the moment I can remain positive.  I can remain good and whole.  Because when I was in rehab my affirmation was, “I am a good person.  I am a whole person.”  And I felt anything but.  I was a loser.  I was a waste of space on the planet.  I had no purpose.  I hated myself.

Deepak:

So the second step in harnessing the energy of attraction is to celebrate the fact that you have wishes, hopes, dreams and aspirations.  Inside your awareness lies the means to make any possibility come true.

As we prepare to meditate together let’s take a moment to consider our centering thought, “My desires make me feel alive.  My desires make me feel alive.”  Now let’s prepare for our meditation.  Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.  Begin to be aware of your breath and just breathe, slowly and deeply.  With each breath allow yourself to become more deeply relaxed.

Now gently introduce the mantra, “Rasa Hum.”  Rasa is the essential quality or emotional flavor of life.  This mantra connects you with the vital energy or feeling of life itself.  As you repeat the mantra, feel the flavor.  Feel the aliveness of your spirit.  Repeat it silently to yourself.  “Rasa Hum.”  With each repetition feel your body, mind and spirit open and receive just a little more.

Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, noises, or physical sensations, simply return your attention to silently repeating the mantra, “Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.”

Please continue with your mediation.  I’ll mind the time.  And when it’s time to end you’ll hear me ring a soft bell.  “Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.”  Just mentally, “Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.  Rasa Hum.”

Dee:

Getting sober and practicing the 12 Steps I learned in Alcoholics Anonymous opened up for me not only a sober life, but a spiritual life.  I am so drawn to meditation and yoga and this new way of life today.  I am so glad I am an alcoholic.  I may never have found this new way of life!

Thank you being here today.  I encourage any and all feedback as we are not meant to be on our journeys alone.  Namaste.

With warmest aloha, Dee Harris

The Nature of Desire

Energy of Attraction

Welcome to the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Energy of Attraction. We are honored you’re joining us as we seek our true nature and discover our path to health and happiness. You will discover your soul’s purpose and create a life in which all things are within reach.

Day 1 – The Nature of Desire

“You are what your deep, driving desire is. As your desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed.”― Brihadaranyaka Upanishad

Mindful Moment

Welcome to our 21-Day Meditation Experience, Energy of Attraction – Manifesting Your Best Life. We are delighted to have you with us. Together we will explore and experience the forces of attraction to create a balanced life – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Human desire is the essential energy of attraction. Our hopes, dreams, wishes, and intentions are the forces that impel our growth and forward motion in life. We will learn that desire is not only basic to everyday life, it is essential to our spiritual evolution as well. It is through desire that we create more love, joy, and vitality. In our meditations together we will experience the source of desire – our true inner self – and begin to desire from that silent awareness. This is the key to manifesting the life you want.

CENTERING THOUGHT

My life moves forward through desire.

SANSKRIT MANTRA

Eecha Shakti Namah
I honor the universal power of desire.

OPRAH:

Welcome friends to the Energy of Attraction.  The next 21 days is going to open up so many possibilities.  I’m literally tingling about them.  Deepak and I are grateful to have you join us on this journey.

As Deepak will show us the Energy of Attraction is about much more than getting the things you want.  It’s about aligning in order to get the things you want.  Aligning your deepest desires, the innate desires, that give your life meaning at the truest level with the source of all energy that keeps the planets aligned, the earth rotating and the sun rising…everyday.  Alignment is the key.  There is unlimited power in alignment.  Embrace it and you will discover a whole new way of being in the world.

What I know for sure is that we are all energy.  “We come from star stuff,” as Carl Sagan says.  We’re connected to the powerful, constant, universal force that is creation.  And every moment of every day, whether or not we’re conscious of it, we are sending out vibrations…vibrations like love, vibrations like fear, like anger which is also fear, and joy which is also love.

The energy we put out is always, no matter what, returned to us.  You don’t have to believe it.  It’s Universal Law.  And that law guides how we fulfill our lives and our dreams.  Just as it guides the planets.  I’ve seen it at work over and over again.  Like attracts like.  You don’t draw in what you want, you attract who you are.  Change your energy and you can change your entire experience in the world.  Change your intention and you change your path.

How do we tap into that powerful source of guidance?  How do we begin to understand how our deepest desires, our intentions create our thoughts, our words, our actions, and, ultimately, our experiences?  Well, the next 21 days is going to take us there.  So let’s start now.  So exciting as Deepak sheds new light on the nature of desire, and then we’re going to meditate.

DEEPAK:

Right this minute what do you want?  It seems like a simple question.  You might answer, “I don’t really want anything right this minute.”  But every cell in your body wants to survive and thrive, seeking the nourishment it requires.  Your heart wants to beat, your lungs to breathe, your blood to flow through your veins.  The circle of life is about desire.

In nature’s scheme there is enough abundance for every cell to survive and thrive.  And this is true on the personal level too.  Like your body you as an individual inherently strive to be nourished.  In order to thrive you naturally desire more of the good things that create fulfillment…security, vitality, success, love, joy and inner peace.

In this 21-Day Mediation Experience you will learn to connect with nature’s deepest source of nourishment and abundance.  On this journey you will practice the art of making desires come true by using your awareness to produce the results you want.

The circle of desire begins inside whenever you have a wish, dream, hope or intention.  There is an inner intention.  From this seed you want to bring something desirable to you.  Will it happen or will you fail to get the outcome you want?

The secret lies in knowing how to close the circle of desire so that your inner intention leads to an outer result.  In here and out there look like separate worlds.  But there’s a traditional wisdom in every culture that says inner and outer are connected.  A thought, if it is powerful enough, can create a change in outer circumstances.  Something you don’t want can go away.  Something you do want can come to you.

What closes the circle of desire, connecting inner and outer reality, is the energy of attraction.  This will be the focus of our meditations together.  Like every cell that attracts nourishment to itself, you’re always attracting nature’s abundance.  But if your awareness is constricted, if you have conflicting desires that cancel each other out, if your past conditioning keeps attracting negativity, you need to use the energy of attraction in a new and better way.

The energy of attraction is channeled through every and any intention.  The process isn’t mystical.  But there are layers of desire and attraction.  If you ask a waiter in a restaurant to bring you a glass of water, your inner intention becomes manifest.  This is something we all do everyday.

And you’ve probably experiences a deeper level of attraction as when you think of someone and, unexpectedly, they call on the phone.  The energy of attraction is built into your desires and at the deepest level where you create your most personal cherished desires you can achieve incredible results.

We will go deeper than wanting material things because our deepest desires are the most life supporting.  They give our lives meaning and, at the same time, they harness more of the energy of attraction.  This meditation experience provides the tools and understanding to benefit you physically, mentally and spiritually.

I hope you feel inspired.  Now let’s begin.  As we prepare to meditate together let’s take a moment to consider our centering thought, “My life moves forward through desire.  My life moves forward through desire.”  Now take a moment to make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.  Begin to be aware of your breath and just breathe, slowly and deeply.  With each breath allow yourself to become more deeply relaxed.

Now gently introduce the sound, “Eecha Shakti Namah.”  This mantra helps you connect with nature’s primal impulse of creative desire.  As you repeat the mantra feel yourself connecting to the universe’s power to create through desire.  Repeat the mantra silently to yourself, “Eecha Shakti Namah.”

With each repetition feel your body, mind and spirit open and receive just a little more.  Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, noises, or physical sensations, simply turn your attention to silently repeating the mantra, “Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.”

Please continue with your meditation.  I’ll mind the time and when it’s time to end you’ll hear me ring a soft bell. “Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.”  Just mentally now, “Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.  Eecha Shakti Namah.”

DEE:

Alignment.  My alignment has changed dramatically due to my journey with alcoholism.  It was that struggle that helped me to finally get aligned.  Before getting clean and sober I was lost; I had no purpose.  I felt I was just existing…a waste of space on the planet.

I couldn’t go a day without drinking, no matter how hard I tried and what method of the day I would enforce.  One glass of water with every glass of alcohol.  Wait until 4 PM before having my first drink.  Just drink at home.  Don’t drink at home.  Etcetera.  Etcetera.  Life was totally getting in the way of my drinking.  Drinking was all I could think about.

When I finally hit my bottom and reached out for help I was afforded the opportunity to learn about the disease of alcoholism.  OK.  Now it all makes sense.  Being the intellectual person I couldn’t, for the life of me, figure out why I couldn’t stop drinking.  Oh, I’m an alcoholic with the disease of alcoholism.

When my 28-days were over in rehab I headed to the rooms of AA where I learned how to live a life without alcohol.  I also learned what makes Dee tick and I learned I wasn’t on this journey alone.  I have been gifted so many like-minded people who have gone through what I have and are willing to help me on this new journey of recovery, asking nothing in return.

Today I get to do that too.  Today that is my purpose…to share my experience, strength and hope with those who enter my Dee Bubble.  Everything is perfect today.  I am in alignment.

I know now that my life and its journeys are not coincidental.  Whether it’s Universal Energy, a Higher Power, or God, my life is unfolding exactly the way it’s supposed to.  For me this new way of looking at life is so amazing and so much better than being that intellectual self…Dee being in control and “thinking” that whatever I wanted, if I wanted it badly enough, I could get it, “will” it.  Bullshit.  I couldn’t will away my alcoholism.

Today I turn my will and my life over to a god of my own understanding, a higher power that has my back, that I can trust to guide and protect me and teach me what I need to learn today.  Interactions with people and daily experiences I now look at with excitement and anticipation for the enlightenment they will bring me.

And I’m finding today that what I reap is what I sow.  If I choose to look at the glass half-full and remain positive, I receive positivity in my life.  If I can practice rigorous honesty with those who enter my Dee Bubble, I receive rigorous honesty.  If I give, I get way more and way better than I could have ever imagined.

So what do I want right now?  I simply want to be the best me that I can be and be OK with that and be OK with me.  I want to be mindful and respectful with, not just myself, but with everyone with whom I interact.  I want to remain grateful and humble for this life in recovery knowing, feeling, that I could not have done this on my own.  Only with the love of a Higher Power did I get to where I am today.  And with this mindset I receive all the security, vitality, success, love, joy and inner peace that I need.

Thank you for reading and wishing you all the best.

With much aloha, Dee Harris
